Closer to the Airport.
Staff need to be welcoming. We are first time visitors in Bangakok, asking questions is very common. We were treated as if we were interrogating them. Receptionist/s should be welcoming and ready to answer questions. Wifi was not working....and it was not informed until we reached out for help.

Close to the airport.
Minimal no-frills place. Sheets seemd clean, but spotty. My girlfriend got bitten by bugs, most likly from here. The breakfast omlet was full of ketchup, vegetables from a frozen pea, carrot and corn mix, and spammy ham. Not great. "Orange Juice" was tang powder-based fake stuff.

Very cheap (and unfortunately looks it.) Free shuttlebus to and from airport, which is close by. Rooms just about ok for a one night stop- over but be prepared for some noise as people come and go throughout the night.
Poor restaurant (forget about getting a gin and tonic or any other wine / spirit). No other restaurants near by.

Hello, My only complain is that the bathroom floor was flooded by water which was little hard to get rid of. Greetings Sam Almqvist / room 409 / Mon 30 Jan 2012

Absolutely awful! My room was terrible, bugs everywhere, and the shower smelled horrid. I also hoped for a complimentary gesture but got nothing, shocking for a hotel at this location. I woudl ve been happy if the staff bothered to help with my heavy bag, but they just stared. I 'just couldn't' recommend this!

Excellent value and beautifully decorated hotel, I stayed here with my sister. The room was brand-new and neat with breakfast, just what I needed. Appreciated the location convinient to airport. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

Location near the airport was fantastic. The taxi ride took just 5 minutes. The staff greeted me warmly during my late check-in around 1 a.m., which eased my stress after a late arrival. The room wasn't very clean initially. The towels had noticeable stains, and the air conditioning system aggravated my allergies. A lack of coffee or tea sachets in the room was disappointing too. Despite these issues, I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the effectiveness of the air conditioning once it was on. The nearby food stalls offered great local flavors.

Proximity to airport.
No tea/coffee facility in room. Very hard uncomfortable beds. We changed our booking to two (2) rooms instead of a "delux tripple room". The third bed was impossible to sleep in.
